Maria Badstue Artist in residence at San Cataldo on Italy's Almafi Coast first part of December 2020

Mari Badstue will travel to Italy's Amalfi Coast at the beginning of December for a 14 day artist residency studying Italian Opera at the San Cataldo Monastery.  Owned by the San Cataldo Institution, created by the Friends of the San Cataldo Association in 1936, it purpose is to allow Danish scientists, artists and other intellectual workers the opportunity" to get acquainted with Italian nature, people, history and culture, to do studies and gain knowledge and experience in the fields that are their subject, as well as to achieve much-needed rest and peace of mind - all for the benefit and development of Danish intellectual life and to promote the connection between Italy and Denmark."
